Types of personal information collected online by ARB include names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and billing information. ARB also gathers business information from individuals acting solely in their business/kennel capacity. This site is not designed to attract persons under the age of 13 and personal information on anyone under the age of 13 is never knowingly obtained or maintained.

How ARB Uses Information:

Unless members otherwise consent, ARB uses personal information only for the purpose for which it is submitted, such as to reply to your emails, handle your complaints, process billing and business requests related to membership and record keeping.

Information Sharing:

Personal information is never sold or rented by ARB. Never.

Members can elect to become a part of our member directory which is published online, personal information which may be listed at the breeder's request include names, business names, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and website URLs.

ARB verification reports do not disclose addresses, veterinarian names and addresses, phone numbers, or any details which could lead to the direct acquisition of such information.

Individuals who file complaints with ARB understand that their address, phone number, and e-mail address will not be shared. Names and complaints are forwarded unedited to the breeder. Any personal information included in the unedited complaint is up to the individual.

Online Security:

As a matter of online security, we have taken electronic and managerial measures to ensure your information is safe. Payment and billing information is always encrypted through a third party gateway. All employees/administrators/contractors and anyone affiliated with ARB with access to personal information of any kind is subject to this privacy policy by contract.

ARB will comply with government agencies where required by law to release personal information, such as subpoenas or where your communication suggests possible harm to others.
